Modern imaging and scanning technologies, three-dimensional reconstruction of bone structures, virtual computer-aided designs, and 3D printing are among the innovations that, following the digital revolution and the rapid advancement of technology, have brought significant transformation to the fields of medicine, therapeutic methods, and treatment quality.
Today, the medical community is focusing increasingly on minimally invasive surgeries. The benefits of these systems and techniques for patients include reduced surgical complexity, lesser invasiveness, shorter operation and hospitalization times, decreased patient costs, fewer complications and repeat surgeries, faster recovery, and—most importantly—enhanced precision and quality of medical services, ultimately leading to higher patient satisfaction.

Pishgaman Teb Digital Company is a well-organized and fully equipped institution that was established to address the existing gap in advanced medical services. In collaboration with the Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery Research Center of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and by drawing upon the expertise and experience of some of the country’s leading medical professors alongside skilled and dedicated specialists in related fields—including biomedical engineering, tissue engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, industrial engineering, and design—the company has been founded with the honor of providing comprehensive and specialized digital medical services tailored to individual patients.
Our dedicated teams of clinical, engineering, and research experts accompany you at every stage of the process.

One of the major challenges preventing the full and optimal implementation of these modern technologies in our country is the lack of proper integration between medical science—as the core and central discipline in this field—and other related sciences. The provision of such advanced services solely by engineering-based companies has led to numerous issues. Among these are designing based purely on engineering principles without consideration of the patient’s clinical conditions, the frequent unavailability of medical and biomedical engineering teams, and the fact that patients are often referred to engineering firms, which results in poor acceptance and trust from their side. Ultimately, these factors disrupt the service delivery process, leading to incomplete, low-quality treatments or treatments accompanied by multiple complications.
In 2019 (1398 in the Iranian calendar), the journey of Pioneers of Digital Medicine began. That same year, our initial idea took shape around the design and fabrication of maxillofacial prostheses. Subsequently, we included orthognathic (jaw) surgery services in our operations, and gradually expanded our activities by purchasing and implementing infrastructures such as FDM and DLP 3D printers.
In 2020, with the aim of improving the quality of services and better responding to the increasing number of patients, a new office was established in the Amirabad area of Tehran. This office was operated as a specialized space for patient analysis.
In 1400, a new office was opened on Italy Street in Tehran. In the same year, with the expansion of activities and expansion of production capacity, the number of 3D printers increased and an advanced SLM machine was added to the complex.
The year 1401 was a turning point in the development of Pioneers of Medicine, as we established the departments of Medical Photography, Implant Guide, and Transparent Orthodontics, and therefore, this year we decided to add new colleagues to the team.
In 1402, with the aim of completing and optimizing technical processes in the field of design and manufacturing, we significantly improved the technical knowledge of the complex. Also, with the launch of the heat treatment furnace, the duration of the manufacturing stages was reduced and activity in the field of bioprinters (bioprinter) began.
In 1403, we completed the post-processing, acid treatment, and anodizing process and put it into the local collection.
In 1404, we implemented an update to the devices and plan to provide services in the field of artificial intelligence and the completion of the bioprinter in the future.
